Welcome/CDA Update: 4/14/2024

First, welcome to the Charlie Delta Blog. As stated on my "About" page, this is a place where I can share more experiences and training with others coming up in the competitive shooting sports as well as my professional experience.

The focus of this blog will be firearms training and performance, whether it's for USPSA/IDPA competitions or professional use. I will also talk about my path as a competitor and professional user to include match/stage breakdowns, some gear reviews, and other industry updates from time to time.

You don't have to be a competitive shooter to find something useful here. If you have any questions or ideas for content, send them my way and I'll be happy to help. At this time, this site will be free and I intend to keep it that way. Other services may be offered through this site in the future.

The end goal is to offer classes ranging from introductory lessons for new gun owners to competitive shooting fundamentals and practical pistol and rifle classes. Once I am back in the States, or at least getting close, I will give some updates and begin posting available courses and one-on-one coaching.

I'm currently working overseas (and typing this from an airport terminal), so I won't be too active on the range for this competitive season. I will have access to a range and will be diligent on my dry-fire (as should you). So, I will be regularly posting, but bear with me as one, I learn web design and two, I may take a bit to respond to questions or upload certain content.

Thank you,

Travis
